You’ve bought or are buying a vape and you have questions about shipping?
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout. If you’re eligible for free shipping, it will appear automatically when you select your preferred shipping class.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated in real time based on your location, selected service, and package weight.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas or non-standard delivery addresses. These will be shown at checkout or communicated before your order ships.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday–Friday typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day unless otherwise communicated.
- During product launches or restocks, allow 1–2 extra business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.
Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for any extra charges imposed by your country’s import policies or customs agencies, and we recommend contacting them for details about potential fees and delivery timelines.
Additionally, note that we may require extra time to verify international orders for certain countries to prevent fraud.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. You can also view updates in your account dashboard. If no updates appear within 72 hours, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:
- Confirm the delivery address
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24 hours—scans can be premature
If still missing:
- U.S./Canada: Reach out after 5 business days past the delivery date
- International: Contact us after 14 business days beyond the delivery estimate
We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and assist with replacements when applicable. Please note: Pipe Puffin is not responsible for theft once a package is marked as delivered; it is the responsibility of the purchaser to have homeowners’ insurance.
Address Accuracy & Fraud Checks
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping details may be held for review. We might ask for ID verification or payment authorization.
If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Regions where aromatherapy device sales are prohibited
Orders to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
Discreet Shipping
Orders will always be sent in official carrier packaging or a brown corrugated box. Return address will be marked. Contents of the package will not be noticeable from the outside, nor will any logos or keywords. The sender will be marked as PPLB, otherwise known as Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand.
